ReiClose vs a spreadsheet
A spreadsheet is free, instant, and genuinely fine for your first twenty leads. It stops working the day a follow-up slips because nothing reminded you, or two people need to edit it at once.

When a spreadsheet is the right answer
If you are working fewer than about twenty leads, on your own, with a system you already trust, a spreadsheet is not costing you anything and switching is a distraction. It is also genuinely better for one-off analysis: pivoting six months of closed deals to find where your best margins came from is a spreadsheet's job, not a CRM's. Export from ReiClose whenever you want to do exactly that.
Questions
- Can I import the spreadsheet I already have?
- Yes. CSV import maps your columns onto lead fields, and buyers come across the same way.
- Is there a free plan?
- No. You start with 30 days of the full Starter plan free, with a card on file, and you are not charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After that it is Starter at $79 a month after a 30-day free trial, or Pro at $149, billed monthly.
- Can I get my data back out?
- Any time, as CSV, including any custom fields you have added.
- Do I have to move everything at once?
- No. Most people import their active leads and leave closed deals in the spreadsheet as an archive.
