Terms of Service

1.Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using ReiClose (the "Service"), operated by Mo Buys Houses, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2.Description of service

ReiClose is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform designed for real estate wholesalers. The Service allows users to manage leads, buyers, deals, tasks, documents, and team members.

3.Account registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4.Subscription plans & billing

Free Plan. Available only to organizations created before October 14, 2026. Includes up to 20 leads and 5 buyers in total (counting any you delete) and 1 user, at no cost. Texting is not included.

Starter Plan. $79 / month, with 1 user included and $10 / month for each additional user. Includes unlimited leads and buyers, a texting number, one-to-one texting, drip campaigns and 500 text segments per billing month. An organization on the Free Plan that has never subscribed to Starter pays $59 (plus $10 for each additional user) for its first 30 days.

Free trial. Organizations created on or after October 14, 2026 start with a 30-day free trial of the Starter Plan. A payment card is required to start the trial, and nothing is charged during it. We email the account owner about 3 days before the trial ends. Texting, drip campaigns and text blasts are not available during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the Starter price ($79 / month, plus $10 / month for each additional user you selected) when the trial ends and every month after that until you cancel. If that charge fails, access to the Service is suspended until you subscribe to a paid plan. One trial is available per organization.

Pro Plan. Announced as coming soon; it is not offered for purchase. Planned at $149 / month, with 1 user included, including everything in Starter, text blasts, and 5,000 text segments per billing month.

Premium AI Plan. Announced as coming soon; it is not offered for purchase.

Texts and credits. Included text segments reset each billing month and do not roll over. Additional texts are sent using prepaid credits, sold in packs at $0.02 per segment; credits do not expire and are not refundable. When included texts and credits are both used up, sending pauses until more credits are bought. Texting requires the organization's own carrier (10DLC) registration and is subject to our messaging rules, including consent and opt-out requirements.

Plan changes. Upgrades and additional users take effect when the new checkout is completed, and the difference for the rest of the current billing period is charged then. Downgrades and fewer users take effect at the next renewal. All plans are billed monthly.

All paid subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, Commas. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be notified by email before any price changes take effect.

5.Your data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process Your Data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. You represent that you have the right to enter any personal information about third parties (such as seller leads and buyer contacts) into the Service — including compliance with applicable telemarketing, privacy, and data protection laws.

6.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits that impact other users

7.Text messaging (SMS) program

The Service lets each customer organization send text messages to its own contacts (for example, property owners and buyers) from a phone number registered to that organization. Each organization registers its own brand and campaign with the carriers (10DLC) and is the sender of its messages; ReiClose provides the software and delivers the messages through our provider, Telnyx.

If you send texts through the Service, you agree to:

  • Text only people who gave you express consent to receive texts from your business, and keep a record of that consent
  • Never text purchased, rented or scraped lists. Cold-calling lists in the Service cannot be texted
  • Identify your business in your messages and honor every opt-out (STOP) immediately; the Service blocks further texts to a number that opted out
  • Keep your 10DLC registration accurate, and send only messages that match the campaign you registered
  • Not send content about cannabis, firearms, gambling, adult material, hate speech or other content prohibited by carriers or law
  • Comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, carrier rules and all other applicable laws

We may pause or end texting for an organization that breaks these rules or that carriers flag.

If you receive texts from a business that uses ReiClose:

  • Messages are about the property or deal you asked the business about, such as follow-ups, offers, appointment reminders and, for investors on a buyers list, matching deals
  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply
  • Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will get one confirmation and no further texts from that business. Reply START to opt back in
  • Reply HELP for help, email us at support@reiclose.com, or call (726) 268-4472
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • Our Privacy Policy explains how phone numbers and consent are handled. Mobile information is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes

8.Team members & access

Account owners are responsible for the actions of all team members they invite. Team members must comply with these Terms. The account owner may add or remove team members at any time.

Role-based access (Admin, Acquisitions, Dispositions) controls what each team member can see and do within the Service. The account owner is responsible for properly assigning roles.

9.Data deletion

Deleted records are moved to a trash folder and retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may restore records from trash within this period or permanently delete them immediately.

Completed tasks are moved to trash automatically 24 hours after they are marked complete.

Account deletion permanently removes all data — leads, buyers, deals, tasks, documents and uploaded files, team-member accounts, and billing history. This action is irreversible.

Inactive free organizations. Organizations on the Free plan that go unused for an extended period are deleted. An organization counts as active whenever anyone on its team signs in or uses the Service, and whenever new records are added — including submissions through its public web form. Organizations on a paid plan are never deleted for inactivity.

  • After 30 days with no one on the team signing in, we pause recurring emails such as the weekly digest.
  • After 60 days with no activity, we email the account owner that the organization is scheduled for deletion.
  • After 83 days with no activity, we send a final notice with an export of your leads and buyers.
  • After 90 days with no activity — and never sooner than 14 days after the deletion notice was sent — the organization and all of its data, including uploaded files, are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Signing in or using the Service at any point before deletion cancels it and restores recurring emails.

10.Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

11.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

13.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (such as limitation of liability and indemnification) will remain in effect.

14.Changes to terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States — without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
