1.Introduction

Mo Buys Houses, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates ReiClose — a customer relationship management platform for real estate wholesalers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our services at reiclose.com (the "Service").

2.Information we collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google.

CRM data. We store the data you enter into the Service — leads, buyers, deals, tasks, documents, notes, and communications. This data belongs to you.

Payment information. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor, Commas (formerly Fanbasis). We do not store your credit card numbers. Commas collects payment details in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Usage information. We collect information about how you use the Service — pages visited, features used, and actions taken — in our own database, to run and improve the Service.

Advertising measurement. Our website uses the Meta Pixel, and our servers use Meta's Conversions API, to measure whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram lead to sign-ups, free trials and paid subscriptions. These send Meta the pages you visit on our marketing site and app, browser and click identifiers, your IP address and browser type, and, when you start a trial or subscribe, your email address and phone number in hashed (one-way encoded) form. We do not use the Meta Pixel on pages used by your sellers and buyers (contract signing, buyer pages, listing links and web forms). If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load the Meta Pixel and do not send your sign-up or subscription to Meta.

Device information. We may collect browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and optimization purposes.

3.How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process transactions and send related notifications
  • Send you follow-up reminders, weekly digests, and service-related emails
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve the Service
  • Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity

4.Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers — Supabase (database hosting), Commas (payments), Telnyx (text messaging), Resend (emails), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (content delivery and bot protection), Google (maps / authentication), and Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, as described above).
  • Within your organization — team members can access shared CRM data based on their assigned roles.
  • Legal requirements — if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5.Text messaging (SMS)

ReiClose lets the businesses that use it (our customers) send text messages to their contacts, such as property owners and buyers who asked to hear from them. Those texts come from the customer's own registered number and brand, not from ReiClose. We process the phone numbers, consent records and message content on our customers' behalf, only to deliver their messages, honor opt-outs and keep the records carriers and the law require.

Consent. A contact opts in by ticking an optional, unticked box on the customer's web form, by giving written or verbal consent to the customer, or by texting the customer first. Each consent is recorded with when and how it was given and, for web forms, the exact wording that was shown.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from that business, or HELP for help. You can also email us at support@reiclose.com or call (726) 268-4472. Once you opt out, no further texts are sent to that number from that business unless you text START.

No sharing of mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except with our text messaging provider (Telnyx) and the carriers as needed to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.

6.Data security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Row-level security isolating each organization's data
  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS / SSL)
  • Secure authentication with password hashing
  • Role-based access controls within organizations

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7.Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Deleted records are moved to trash and automatically purged after 30 days. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed — leads, buyers, deals, tasks, documents, and team-member accounts.

8.Your rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect and how it is used
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing for advertising measurement, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, or email us
  • Non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

9.Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage for authentication and session management. The Meta Pixel sets advertising cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) to measure our ads; it is not loaded when your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

10.Children's privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11.Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date above.
